Perfect selection of classes (I particularly love the kickboxing, spinning and weights classes), at all times of day. Super friendly, so not at all intimidating for beginners, but if you want to be pushed hard they can also do that (which I love). My Greek is basic but everyone speaks English if needed. Thank you Ellie, Johnny and team for your dedication and for bringing this great place to Kifisia. Cheers (yes the protein shakes are delicious too)! 🙌🙏
