The equipment is state-of-the-art and always clean, making my workouts that much more enjoyable. The gym also offers a wide range of classes. Overall, I would highly recommend FFreak Gym to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional environment to get fit and healthy. It has all the equipment needed for all types of workouts .

Perfect selection of classes (I particularly love the kickboxing, spinning and weights classes), at all times of day. Super friendly, so not at all intimidating for beginners, but if you want to be pushed hard they can also do that (which I love). My Greek is basic but everyone speaks English if needed. Thank you Ellie, Johnny and team for your dedication and for bringing this great place to Kifisia. Cheers (yes the protein shakes are delicious too)! 🙌🙏
